It was not a good booster. We had a car accident with our children strapped in the RXT, a Graco Symphony, an Eddie Bauer booster/5pt harness combo, and a Graco Nautilus. The RXT was at the point of most damage, but my son was fine. After we got home, I took the covers off all the seats and all of them except the RXT had visible damage. So, after the insurance company gave us the money for new seats, I turned to Diono again. This time, I got the R120's and I am THRILLED. I have 3 across in our new suv's backseat, no pesky headwings, and these will do great as boosters in a few years, as my 8yo proved when they came out of the box. I told him to put his carseat envy away, as his Monterey was in the mail. Now, my 4 youngest are all in Diono carseats/boosters and they love them while I'm loving knowing my kids are in the safest carseats on the market in America. Thanks, Diono!

We have a 7mon old and a 3 year old. They both have been doing great in their new seats. It has a steel reinforced frame, soft and comfy cushions, it looks and feels high quality, and the seats are nice and narrow. I installed the car seats next to each other so the 3rd seat can be used by another person when needed. Everyone fits comfortably. It's easy to adjust the straps too.Small Con: It's a tight fit when installing it rear-facing. But Diono has a new product called the Diono Angle Adjuster. It props the car seat up a certain way to give you more room between it, and the passenger seat in front of it. The angle adjuster really does work. It's meant to be used after your child is 1yr old or has proper head control (since the child will sit at a steeper angle).Caution: Please read the instruction manual when you attempt to install the seat. It can be used in a lot of different ways and has a lot of parts. It can easily be installed wrong if you aren't careful. :)Conclusion: I feel very secure knowing my kids are in these seats.

13 of 14 people found the following review helpful.I bought this car seat for my large 4 month old. He was getting too long and too heavy for the infant seat and Diono had the best ratings both consumer and safety. He loves it. I chose this model over the RXT because he likes to look around while driving and I thought the extra parts on the RXT would interfere. It's a very heavy, sturdy carseat. I'm very glad I bought this.
