Product Description
It's the compact, yet complete stroller that allows you to explore the world in total freedom. Modern design meets innovative features with the new book stroller. Equipped with a user friendly fold that allows the stroller to close "like a book, " the newest addition to the Peg Perego family is the perfect choice for the stylish and on the go parent. Fully equipped with all the features, the book proves to be a welcome addition to any on the go family. Retractable anchors located on the seat create a travel system that lets the primo viaggio SIP 30-30 easily attach to the stroller. Multiple recline positions ensures comfort for any child. Large wheels with 12 ball bearings and a one piece handle allow for minimal effort in pushing and maneuvering. A simple pull on the handle above the basket quickly closes the book, making it easy to fold and take anywhere. Once folded, it can stand on its own. Not only does the book possess an innovative fold, but it closes inward, always keeping the upholstery clean and protected. The solid handlebar used for folding also allows the stroller to be pulled like a trolley (perfect for parents on the go). A large, easy loading basket adds to the practicality of the book. Style, comfort and safety are key with the book. All new fabrics and colors are paired with the modern design of the stroller, creating a combination that is pleasing for both parent and baby. The soft fabric collection combines two soft, yet hard wearing jersey fabrics with a delicate lining. The hood is equipped with a UV protected transparent window, allowing you to see baby, while keeping them safe from ultraviolet rays.

Also, I prefer the car seat inside the stroller, on the plus you remove the seat to place directly on the chassis. Why I couldn't keep it-We already have a large all-terrain and needed a much smaller stroller for restaurants and crowded store aisles. I settled for the Peg Perego Si because it was about 3 inches narrower and about 3 inches shorter. However, if we had not already had the big stroller I would have kept this in a heartbeat and purchased a cheap umbrella as a backup.I highly recommend this stroller as your only or main stroller, but couldn't justify having 3 strollers and my husband had already bought an all-terrain which we use on broken pavement and unpaved areas.Overall, I love it enough to buy it again if the need for a full-size stroller should arise.

It is under 20 lbs, extremely agile and easy to push, folds into a reasonable size, and has a canopy that can fully enclose your child. The latter is what sold me on this stroller. Most strollers have small canopies that don't cover well and the sun bakes the child.I looked at least a dozen other mid sized strollers and in this price range of $300 to $500 and the book had no competition. The only downside of this stroller is the mediocre harness. It feels cheap, it's narrow and not padded well. This can be remedied by buying some pads to wrap around the shoulder area.Got it for $335 on a popular online auction site.
1 of 1 people found the following review helpful.I have been using Amazon for many many years and this is the first time I write a review on something. My husband and I searched a lot in market. we do not have a budget and are willing to pay to get the right stroller for our kids.. Finally we found the BOOK.What we are looking for is a stroller that provides a smooth ride, has a comfortable seat that can lay baby flat with foot area lifted, can put baby to a fairly upright position so she does not have to pull herself up all the times to look around, has a big canopy for the sun and folds easily in the right way and of couse not too heavy. Is this really too much to ask for? it turned out that we really did not find any until we saw the BOOK.let's start from the high end to low end.Bugaboo bee. It is neat. really good looking. but it folds to ground. Seat looks comfortable but even with extension, it is still small. I have seen not-so-big kid's head not fully supported by the seat. Plus it is $250 more.Upperbaby, Vista&Cruz. cannot lay flat. Although the seat can rotate, I just image myself there and I do not think I will nap well that way.Britax A-gile, City Mini. I actually bought one A-gile before I saw BOOK. the ride is ok but again, it does not lay flat and the foot area can not be lifted. I honestly do not like 3 wheel set up. Although some people mentioned that it is easier to drive with 3 wheel, I would say that it is true on flat area. When you actually move up and down the curbs, it is difficult to keep the balance. you have to hold firm with two hands.Chicco lightway, any kind of umbrella strollers. I do not like the soft seats. siting in soft seats long is not comfortable to myself. tiring and not enough support. There are two other strollers worth mentioning here. They are close to what I want. one is orange color contours stroller, one of the best seller in Amazon. Super cheap, only $64 when I bought it. it is so worth the money. I have one that I used almost 3 years. Ride is great with suspension; big canopy; lay quite far back; seat and back are relatively firm; folding is easy; not heavy. but of course, it cannot compare with the BOOK but for the price, it is definitely great choice if you are looking for a cheap stroller.another one is Mamas&Papas Urbo stroller. great looking and seat looks very comfortable. but when I test drive it in Babiesrus, I feel the handling is not the best. Also I do not like the fold, very difficult to carry when folded.
