I love that the shoulder straps are so easily adjustable (especially in the winter when you have the coat to work around.) The straps also loosen and tighten easily which is important to me and makes getting in and out easier. I've taken the padding off and washed it once which was easy and still looked new after washing. Easy to install! The cup holder is a little out of reach for my son when he is strapped in tightly so it doesn't get used much but that isn't a deal breaker. My pediatrician recommended this carseat to me as the best seat for safety that your child will never outgrow because of the higher weight limit. I was sold then and still am!
