Ridiculous.Excellent car seat, though. I'm just ticked that they're trying to fleece their customers. Shame on you!!
1 of 1 people found the following review helpful.I've had this car seat for about 7 months now and I still love it so much. Its perfect for small cars. I have a 2004 Ford Focus Wagon and none of the other comparable convertibles fit correctly into our car. I love the level ball (I don't know the correct term for it) to show the correct installation for rear facing. I love the fact you don't have to thread the straps to adjust the height. The cup holder is great, I just throw cheerios/raisins/whatever and he just picks what he wants out of it. The cover is machine washable and is easy to disassemble once you get the hang of it. Its insanely easy to install/uninstall into other cars. Its been on 4 plane trips and still looks brand new. Its easy to clean. The buckles aren't impossible to buckle/unbuckle--a huge issue with his infant car seat.I recommend this seat to all my friends when their babies outgrow their infant seats. I'm toying with the idea of buying another one and just using it from when Baby #2 (if that happens) comes home from the hospital because its an amazing car seat. You could easily fit two of these in the back of our car and still have room in the middle for miscellaneous things.Bottom line: Its worth the money. I'd buy it again.
0 of 0 people found the following review helpful.We have been using this seat for our 5 month old and she loves it. My only problem is the fabric is hot and its summer in Houston for us... Its way too hot. But other then that no complaints. Love the functionality and its cute.
